This is the third time I’ve purchased produce from here, and it was rotten! First it was the packaged Sweet Potatoes. They were extremely rotted with mold once I opened the package and turned them over. I purchased a bag of Japaleno Peppers, and both times they were rotten. I do not recommend purchasing the “bags” of Japaleno Peppers or packaged Sweet Potatoes (it comes with 3 in the package) from here at all! I would buy them individually if you want a very small amount.

Very clean and orderly but super expensive! Prices were exhorbitant for all items, meats, dairy, produce, chips, etc. And was surprised to not see a bakery or dessert section. $25 for shredded chicken, $10 for potato salad, $7 for chips..Wow! Chicken salad and potato salad were delicious, but I won't be back. I do not purchase the more expensive 'all organic' items and prefer my local produce market on Old Buncombe Rd.

Good place to shop with a nice selection and a generally pleasant store. The produce and specialty items are usually good quality, and it’s easy to find healthier options that aren’t always available in other grocery stores. My main complaint is that the premade meals are often gone by the afternoon, which is disappointing if you’re stopping in later in the day hoping to grab something quick. Prices can also run a bit higher than other grocery stores. Overall still a solid place to shop, just wish the prepared foods were restocked more often and some items were a little more reasonably priced.

Been going here since October. The prices are a tiny bit higher than I want to pay HOWEVER, I've gotten 50$ cashback from their rewards program twice already - it's February now and I have racked up $20 cashback since my last cashout. If you use their website to shop smart, you can find really great BOGOS to help bring some of the cost down as well and the rewards program will also feed you coupons based on what you actually buy. Another few great things about the store: cleanliness, helpfulness, plenty of registers open. Their bags are high quality as well (although they do cost extra, but pay for them once or twice and they are definitely reusable). They do not carry unhealthy products. This is both a pro and a con lol. If I had it my way, I'd never even buy things like coke- but I have a husband who essentially lives on it. So my only real con to the store is that I have to go to dollar general on the way there to get coke zero lol. Overall, I love it and pretty much hate going anywhere else at this point.

This is was first time at Sprouts and if absolutely lived up to the hype. The staff went above and beyond to help me. I got the most delicious pesto sandwich for $5 plus tax. I wish there was one in Charleston!
